Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with any original tags or packaging that accompanied the product.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Because KYSTUFF.com offers unique merchandise and some products may be released in limited quantities, a requested replacement size or item may not be available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will explain the available options, which may include a refund consistent with our Refund & Return Policy or store credit if offered and agreed.

Unless KYSTUFF.com sent an incorrect or defective item, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs. Please contact KYSTUFF.com and receive return instructions before sending merchandise back.
